I'd also add that increasing Steps can help (if you're using the Sexy AI Classic Pony model) AND I've also found that stripping out some of the additional prompt bloat you may have created along the way. For instance, let's say your prompts were going well and you started adding some fun "nice to haves" like jewelry or eye color or detailed poses. Stripping some of those extra nice to haves out while keeping the core of what you want to see most can also help get your prompt back on track! Also echoing similarly to the OP, if you're using a model that allows you to add LORAs to it, sometimes swapping the LORA, generating, and swapping back will even get it all reset and back to rocking. It's also a fun way to find other LORAs that work with what you like to see!
