BREAK

Does the tag “BREAK” do anything with pony or any of these models? I’ve read that it helps the engine with complicated ideas. I use it to separate setting, character descriptions, and actions. But sometimes I think I’m just doing it for my own sake and wasting tokens. What are some tricks you all use to make a prompt clear and keep it from getting weighed down?
