AFAIK all Flux Models are basically the same 'engine', the only difference is the Aspect Ratio/Resolution that is pre-set as default. - Schnell = Square 1024x1024, Tall = Portrait 1088x1920, and Wide = Landscape 1920x1088. - But you can choose other height/width combination if you want. How 'Realistic' the result is would be mainly down to the Prompt, "photorealistic" and similar Style/Quality terms will steer it that way, where as "Illustration" and/or mention of a an Artist Name/style may take it in another direction
