Use a Name - Some Models may have Training Images tagged with a 'Generic' name, such as Angela, Mary, Jane etc. If you experiment with a simple prompt "1woman, <name>" using your preferred Model and try some different names you might find one you like that comes up consistently. If you get a face you like but the hair is wrong try "1woman, <name>, <Color>/<length>/<Style> hair". This technique can be combined with specifying a nationality/ethnicity. It can also help if the chosen name is typical of the ethnicity "japanese woman, keiko". Another possibility is to use a 'Known' name of a person or character, but this may not always work as there are Filters on many Celebrities, Movie or Game characters due to concern about DeepFakes or IP (copyright) infringement. That said, some Models (such as Pony) do recognise certain Character Names, and some of these are not filtered, so if you find one that works it can be a start for your own Character, you could avoid a DeepFake by changing some characteristic, such as hair color/style so that it does not too much like the Source Character, but still retains some consistent features. You could search Civitai for Character LoRAs to use in Beta Pro Pony, these can result in consistent Character Features, you may even have some success transposing a cartoon/anime character into a Realistic Model. Also some LoRAs are specifically an 'Original Character' that the Author has created to share, and not resembling any specific person.
