Sporadic/Unrealistical movement. Wan vids

Hey all! wanted to see if anyone had any input on how to reduce the probability of videos going off the rails when it comes to movement. sometimes the subjects in the videos I'm trying to produce end up doing some wild shit... like crumple themselves like a piece of paper lmao!
