In this case, I looked up "mask" in Danbooru wiki and looked around until I saw something similar to what you wanted. The braces I used "{}" tell the AI that those words are grouped together or synonymous. Without them, the AI might get confused. P.S. if you are willing to switch, SDXL is much more consistent to prompt.
