But they're not the only ones that are great at realism, they're just the ones I find the most customizable and user-friendly. But for getting a good video - you want an image that is already "in the act" of whatever you want it to do in a video. For example, the base image of this she already has her fingers inside. If her hand was on her stomach or offscreen, it would be harder to get the video right. The video part is a little trial and error with prompts and strengths. Getting the right image I wanted took MUCH longer than the video. This was only like the 3rd attempt on the video.
